HOW IT WORKS..

THE WORKING PROCESS

OMNIA filters have been proven to be able to recover usable and sellable WINE/BEER and/or JUICE from high solids lees through a fully automated system. The OMNIA ensures better clarity, the maximum recovery of product (especially high value products), while keeping processing losses to a minimum.

IN ADDITION

Filtering cycles are fully automated and so once the filtering system is fully operational, there is no need for any operator to be on the ground. Operators can manage the machine intuitively and promptly from the touchscreen interface option.
